Helical filter / dryer is designed to completely eliminate operator contact through all phases of the separation and drying process - including cleaning and solid discharge.

FILTRATION AND DRYING IN ONE VESSEL
The Helical Filter Dryer's unique helix-shaped filter element enables the complete separation process to occur in a closed system. During the filtration stage, the unit operates as a traditional filter. Then, through internal heating of the helical element , it efficiently dries the captured solids. Once the solids are dried, the filter element spins to dislodge the cake, then acts as a screw conveyor to transfer the cake to a closed receptacle. Filtration, drying and solids discharge are accomplished in a single vessel without operator Contact!

DESIGNED FOR SAFETY AND FUNCTIONALITY
The Helical Filter Dryer offers a number of safety-minded features. Its designed the work environment. Cake  washing efficiency is maximized through rotation of the helical element. And, because Helical Filter is designed to process the entire batch, there’s no “heel” to be recycled.
