Vacuum dryers

of performing the process under vacuum, allows high
efficiencies, even in case of low vapour pressure solvents,
achieving particularly low humidity contents in the products.
The high geometric surface development of the heated jacket,
allows a dramatic reduction of the length of the drying phase,
increasing the products chemical stability and quality, together
with better process, yield. Product’s dust emission are avoided
by means of
a filtering systems positioned on the vapour
extraction line. The basic engineering criteria and the list of
materials available for its realisation allow the vacuum Dryer
to be used for producing in sterile condition.
A conical shape
of the vessel is available as well. This shape allows for quick
and complete self-emptying

FEATURES
The Dryer is a FT-SIMACO vacuum dryer with typical features such
as:
Full shell heating during the steam injection step. Continuos
agitation through-out the cycle time ensures good steam-product
contact and as the type of mixing assembly used is designed for
particulate solids, full homogeneity. With to the relative
gentle action of the orbiting screw also whole particle spices
such as a peppers can be processed without crushing.
High pressure and full
vacuum design makes it possible to do all steps in one unit, no
external handling between stages.
Conical design results in full discharge without problem for a
very wide
range of products.
Batch operation gives a good control over the product quality.
